Detectives are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Wingham, near Canterbury, where a significant stamp collection of sentimental value was stolen.
The break-in at a property in Edmund Street occurred between 8.15am and 11.20am on Thursday, April 24, 2025. During the burglary, a quantity of cash was taken, but of particular concern to the victim is the loss of their large and cherished stamp collection.
Officers are actively pursuing leads to identify the suspect(s) and are urging anyone with information to come forward. They are especially interested in hearing from residents or businesses in Edmund Street and surrounding roads who may have CCTV footage that could aid their investigation.
