Detectives investigating a serious assault that occurred at the Casino Cabaret Rooms on Blue Boar Lane on Friday, December 13, 2024, have released a second CCTV image in their ongoing efforts to identify potential witnesses or further suspects.

The incident, which took place at around 11:45 PM, left a man in his 20s with serious facial injuries after he reportedly intervened in an altercation between two separate groups. Previously, a man from Gravesend was arrested in connection with the assault on February 11 following an earlier appeal for information. He has since been bailed until August while enquiries continue.
Authorities are urging anyone who recognizes the individual in the newly released CCTV image or who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
PC Lily Woodham said:
‘This remains an ongoing investigation and we are now able to issue an image of a second man who may be able to assist with our enquiries. We accept it is not of the highest quality, but it is hoped that somebody recognises the person and contacts our appeal line.
‘We would also like to speak to any witnesses or anyone else who was the victim of an assault during the incident.’
