Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a serious three-vehicle collision on the A2 coastbound near Dartford on Friday, June 13, 2025. The incident, involving two motorcycles and a car, left both riders hospitalised, one with serious injuries.
Kent Police were called to the scene at approximately 4:50 PM. The collision occurred between junction two of the M25 (Dartford Heath) and Old Bexley Lane. Initial reports indicate that a black Triumph motorcycle and an orange KTM 360 motorcycle collided, subsequently involving a green Mini Cooper.
Emergency services, including Kent Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service, attended the scene. A male motorcyclist in his 50s was transported to a London hospital, where he remains in serious condition. The second rider, a man in his 30s, was taken to a local hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
The next of kin for both injured motorcyclists have been informed.
Investigators are urging anyone who witnessed the collision or has relevant dashcam footage to come forward and assist with their enquiries. Detectives are also keen to hear from anyone who may have seen the two motorcycles prior to the collision.
