Kent Police have launched a public appeal, releasing a CCTV image in connection with two linked indecent acts reported in Gravesend coffee shops on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
The first incident occurred at approximately 12:50 PM at a Costa Coffee on the corner of High Street. A young girl was reportedly approached by a man whose suspicious behaviour led to her leaving the premises after friends arrived. It is suspected the man then committed an indecent act at this location.
Shortly after, at around 1:30 PM on the same day, a further report was received concerning a man who exposed himself inside the Coffee Republic on New Road.
Officers swiftly attended both scenes, conducting initial enquiries, speaking with witnesses, and reviewing available CCTV footage. Investigators are treating these two reports as connected and have now released an image of a man they believe may possess crucial information related to the incidents.

Kent Police are urging anyone who recognises the individual in the CCTV image to come forward immediately. Witnesses who have not yet spoken to officers but have information that could assist the investigation are also encouraged to contact Kent Police on 01474 366149, quoting reference 46/88923/25.
