Kent Police have arrested three men in connection with drug offences following two unrelated incidents in the region.

Two men, aged 21 and 29, were taken into custody on suspicion of supplying Class A drugs. The 21-year-old hails from Greenhithe, while the 29-year-old is from Maidstone. Both individuals have been released on bail as investigations continue.

In a separate development, a 28-year-old local man was arrested in the Rochester Road area after officers spotted a suspicious vehicle shortly after 11pm. Police stopped the car on Old Road East, where a search uncovered three mobile phones and a quantity of cash.

Further searches of the vehicle led to the recovery of wraps believed to contain cocaine and crystal meth. The driver was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
