Witnesses are sought to an assault in Folkestone after a man in his 70s was left with facial injuries.
The victim, was walking along North Road between Pond Hill Road and Royal Military Avenue at around 7.30am on Thursday 26 June 2025 when he challenged a cyclist about riding on the pavement. As the man continued walking, he was reportedly pushed from behind, falling into a fence post. As a result he suffered injuries and bruising and attended a local hospital for treatment.
The suspect is described as white, in his 20s, slim and potentially wearing a jacket. He was riding a bicycle.
