Investigators are continuing to appeal for information following the death of a pedestrian involved in a collision with a car in Sevenoaks. The incident happened in Mount Harry Road at its junction with the A225 Dartford Road, at 1.24pm on Tuesday 12 August 2025 when a man in his 70s was crossing the road on foot and struck by a red Mazda 2. The vehicle stopped at the scene and the pensioner was taken to hospital where he died on Wednesday 20 August.

An investigation by officers from Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is underway.
