Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after two drivers sustained life-changing injuries in a serious crash on Alkham Valley Road between Dover and Folkestone.
The collision, which occurred around 9pm on Monday, August 25, 2025, involved a blue Seat Ibiza and a silver BMW. Both drivers were severely injured, and emergency services, including Kent Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service, attended the scene. One driver was transported to a local hospital, while the other was taken to a London hospital for specialized treatment.
The Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is urging anyone who was in the area at the time to review their dashcam footage. Investigators are particularly interested in speaking with the driver of a white hatchback car that was traveling towards Folkestone on Alkham Valley Road and may have witnessed the incident.
