It has been reported that two men from Kent have been charged with drug offences following an investigation by the Eastern Region Special Operations Unit (ERSOU).
A man aged 43, of Boughton Monchelsea, and a 78-year-old from Maidstone, were both charged with being concerned in the supply of MDMA and cocaine. The charges are a result of an investigation into the supply of Class A drugs across the region between November 2024 and September 2025. Both men appeared before magistrates on Monday, September 8. They have been released on bail and are scheduled for a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court on October 6.
