A man has been arrested and released on bail in connection with the death of a woman in her 30s in Margate. The woman’s body was discovered by police on Saturday morning after they were called to a property on Dane Valley Road.
Kent Police were dispatched to the address at approximately 6:30am on Saturday, September 13, 2025, following a report of concern for the welfare of an occupant. Upon arrival, officers and paramedics found a woman who was pronounced dead at the scene. Her next of kin have been notified.
Following initial inquiries, a local man was arrested on suspicion of murder at around 11:00am. He was taken into custody for questioning before being released on bail. The investigation is ongoing.
