Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) crews successfully extinguished a flat fire in Ashford on Wednesday evening, 17 September. The incident occurred at a property on Riverview, where three fire engines and crews were dispatched to reports of a blaze at 7:23pm.
Firefighters, equipped with breathing apparatus, used high-pressure hose reel jets to quickly bring the fire under control. The scene was cleared at 8:44pm and KFRS has confirmed there were no casualties. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
