Three Arrested in Rochester Pub Assault

Kent Police have arrested three men in connection with an assault at a Rochester pub that left a man with facial injuries.

Officers were called to a disturbance at “Ye Arrow” on Rochester High Street at 10:15pm on Saturday, September 13. A man was reportedly assaulted and had a corrosive substance thrown on his face. Emergency services took the victim to a local hospital for treatment to non-life-threatening injuries, and he has since been discharged.

Following an investigation, a 23-year-old man from Wickford, Essex, was arrested on September 18. Two more men, a 19-year-old from Purfleet-on-Thames and a 21-year-old from Upminster, were arrested on September 22 and 23. All three were arrested on suspicion of assault and have been bailed while the investigation continues.
