Kent Police is continuing to appeal for help in finding missing Whitstable teenager Alfie Caney. He had last been seen in the Cromwell Road area at around 4pm on Tuesday 23 September 2025.

Officers have now confirmed a later sighting of the 14 year old from CCTV footage that shows him on the Dartford to Gravesend rail service at 9.13am on Tuesday 30 September. He is believed to have travelled from the London area and exited the train at Stone Crossing. Alfie is described as being around 5ft 8in with short light brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing dark jogging bottoms and a black Peter Storm puffer jacket.

Officers are urging anyone who may have seen Alfie including any fellow train passengers or anyone who saw him at any station after Dartford to contact them.
