Kent Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam or CCTV footage following a hit-and-run collision in Ramsgate that injured a 13-year-old boy. The incident occurred on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at approximately 5:30 pm. on Boundary Road, near the junction with Chatham Place.
A white car, reported to be travelling west, was involved in a collision with the teenager, who was riding an e-scooter. The driver of the white vehicle allegedly failed to stop and left the scene following the crash. The 13-year-old boy sustained injuries to his face, legs, and feet and was taken to a local hospital for treatment before being discharged. Officers have completed initial enquiries and are now urging the public to come forward.

- Witnesses to the collision itself.
- Anyone who saw the white car travelling in the area shortly before the incident.
- Residents or businesses with CCTV or drivers with dashcam footage that may have captured the crash or the vehicle.
