Five men have been charged and are due to appear in court following an alleged robbery at a residential property in Strood.
Police were called to an address in Weston Road at 2:39 AM on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, following reports of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers discovered one man inside the property suffering from injuries consistent with stab wounds. The injured man was transported to a London hospital for treatment and has since been discharged.
Following swift enquiries, five men were apprehended after two vehicles were stopped in London and on Wednesday, November 26, the men, ranging in age from their mid-thirties to mid-forties, were formally charged with conspiracy to commit a burglary with intent to steal and robbery. All five were held in custody and were scheduled to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court later today.
