Man Jailed After Knife Threat and Indecent Exposure in Faversham

Chase Price, has been sentenced to 21 months in prison following a violent incident in which he threatened people with a knife and exposed himself.

Price, 29, of no fixed address, approached an unfamiliar group in Kings Drive, Faversham on the evening of Thursday, September 4, 2025. During the confrontation, he threw a bin at one man and a glass object at a teenager. The situation escalated when Price ran toward a woman while holding a knife and then exposed himself in front of several witnesses, including children. A bystander managed to disarm him, though Price exposed himself again before fleeing the scene.

Officers quickly located and arrested him nearby. He was subsequently charged with affray, indecent exposure, and threatening a person with a bladed article.

Price pleaded guilty to all charges at Thanet Magistrates’ Court. He was sentenced at Canterbury Crown Court on Thursday, November 27, where he received a 21-month custodial sentence. Additionally, Price was issued two five-year restraining orders, a victim surcharge of £187, and will be required to sign the Sex Offenders Register.
