Kent Police have issued a public appeal and released a CCTV image following a violent assault that occurred outside a cash machine in Sheerness High Street at around 9am on Wednesday, 5 November 2025.
According to reports, the victim was outside a cash machine when he was violently assaulted.
It is alleged that the attacker punched the victim in the face, causing him to fall to the floor.
Emergency services attended the scene, and the victim received treatment from ambulance crews for his injuries.
Following a review of local CCTV footage, investigating officers have now released an image of a man they believe may hold vital information concerning their enquiries.
Kent Police are urging anyone who recognises the individual in the picture or who witnessed the incident to come forward immediately.
