Kent Police was called to Harbour Way shortly before 2am on Saturday 15 November 2025. It was reported that a man was assaulted by another man after a row broke out. Witnesses are sought by officers investigating the alleged incident in Folkestone that left a victim with facial injuries.

A suspect, reportedly unknown to the victim, left the scene. He is described as white, with short brown hair and wearing a grey tracksuit and white shoes at the time of the incident. Officers attended along with paramedics and a man in his twenties was taken to a local hospital. He was later discharged and remains receiving treatment for his injuries. Initial enquiries were completed and an investigation is ongoing.
