Three individuals have been charged and have appeared in court following a police warrant executed in Cuxton last week, which resulted in the discovery of a substantial quantity of controlled substances, multiple weapons, and stolen vehicles.

The operation took place on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, when officers carried out a warrant at a site near Sundridge Hill. Searches of the property led to the seizure of two established cannabis grows, along with a quantity of suspected cocaine and heroin. The recovered weapons included an air rifle, knuckle dusters, an antique sword, and an imitation firearm. Investigators also recovered two stolen caravans and a car at the location.

The three people arrested at the site, were subsequently charged with:

  • Being concerned in the supply of Class A and Class B drugs.
  • Production of a Class B drug.
  • Possession of an offensive weapon.

Two of the charged individuals face an additional count of handling stolen goods.

During their first appearance at magistrates’ court on December 12, 2025, two of the defendants were remanded in custody. The third defendant was granted bail. All three are scheduled to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on January 9, 2026.
