Body Discovered in Search for Missing Ashford Woman

The body of a missing woman from Ashford has been discovered. Kent Police was called to Samphire Hoe Country Park, Dover, at 4pm on Tuesday 16 December 2025 where officers along with HM Coastguard recovered the body of a woman.

Formal identification has not yet taken place, however, the family of a 55 year old woman from Ashford reported missing on Thursday 11 December 2025 have been notified.

The death is not being treated as suspicious, and a report is being prepared for the coroner.
