A pile of rubbish was allegedly set alight causing damage to a Jaguar and other vehicles in the parking area of Carton House in New Road at around 12.05am on Saturday 13 December 2025.
Investigators have issued a CCTV image, shown left, following a report of an arson attack in Chatham. Patrols and Kent Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene and the blaze was extinguished.
An investigation is underway and officers hope the CCTV image of a woman may be able to assist their enquiries. Whilst it is blurred it is hoped somebody recognises her and contacts the appeal line.
