Kent Police are appealing for public assistance following a tragic incident that occurred on the coastbound M2 in Medway.

At approximately 9:23 pm on Saturday, 25 April 2026, a red Harley Davidson motorcycle was travelling between junctions 2 and 3 when it struck the central reservation shortly after crossing the Medway bridge. The motorcyclist, a 63-year-old man from the Maidstone area, sadly passed away at the scene.
Investigators from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are now working to establish the circumstances surrounding the crash. They are specifically looking to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have captured dashcam footage of the red motorcycle leading up to the incident.
