Detectives investigating a serious road traffic collision on the M25 near Sevenoaks are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
Kent Police were called at 11.44pm on Tuesday 28 April 2026 following reports that two vans had collided on the clockwise carriageway of the M25 at Junction 5, close to the A21 Sevenoaks Bypass. Emergency services, including Kent Fire and Rescue Service and South East Coast Ambulance Service, attended the scene to assist. Both drivers, aged 39 and 74, sustained injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment. They both remain in a stable condition.
Officers from the investigation team are urging anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have captured relevant dashcam footage in the area at the time, to contact Kent Police on 01622 604100, quoting reference 28-1712.
