Kent Police Officers investigating a reported accosting in Hoo are appealing for witnesses.

It was alleged that on Sunday 5 July 2026 at around 10.55am a woman was followed along Ratcliffe Highway in the direction of Bells Lane. The victim noticed a man acting suspiciously and he was alleged to have been taking pictures and filming her.
Investigators have now released an image of man who may be able to assist with their enquiries. Can you help?
