A Medway drug dealer jailed for nine years has been ordered to hand over more than £111,000 in criminal profits following a Kent Police financial investigation.
Kent Police report that Frank Harris, 33, directed a widespread cocaine supply network between 2023 and 2025. Officers initially arrested Harris in Gillingham in December 2023 after finding a mobile phone linked to a drug line in his vehicle, alongside nearly £4,000 in cash at his Rainham home. While awaiting trial for drug supply and possessing criminal property, Harris reactivated the illicit network, managing runners, marketing Class A drugs, and arranging sales.
Police raided his property again in April 2025, seizing designer clothing, jewellery, luxury watches, and £28,605 in cash. Harris was found hiding nearby, where officers also discovered packaging materials previously used to move kilo blocks of cocaine.
At Maidstone Crown Court in February 2026, Harris admitted four charges and received a nine-year custodial sentence. Following a Proceeds of Crime Act hearing on 11 August, he must now pay £111,672 within 30 days or face an extended period in prison, ensuring his illicit gains cannot be used to fund future criminal enterprise.
