Lace up your boots for an unforgettable adventure across Dover district’s spectacular landscapes as the action-packed White Cliffs Walking Festival lands from Saturday 3 to Saturday 10 October 2026.

Organised by the White Cliffs Ramblers alongside White Cliffs Country at Dover District Council, this year’s festival boasts twenty exhilarating guided walks ranging from gentle one-mile strolls to challenging twelve-mile treks.

Walkers can look forward to exploring stunning coastal paths, ancient landscapes, and hidden gems across the region, with highlighted routes including the intrigue-filled Waves, Caves, Graves, Sushi from Dover, a scenic trek from Deal to Sandwich along the King Charles III England Coast Path, and a delicious pit-stop on the Ripple to Solley’s Ice Cream Parlour loop.

Most of the walks, including all those led by the White Cliffs Ramblers are completely free to join, though a small selection require advance booking. Whether you are a seasoned hiker seeking strenuous hill climbs or a family looking for a leisurely autumn ramble, the full programme and booking details are now live on the White Cliffs Country and White Cliffs Ramblers websites.
