Police from Dover district’s Local Policing Team were driving through Ringwould on 29 April 2024 when they spotted a vehicle previously linked to suspicious activity. The car was stopped, and following a roadside test, a 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of drug driving.

Drugs were seized and a suspected dealer arrested.
The man was taken into custody and further searches of the vehicle and the suspect led to more than 20 bags of suspected cocaine being seized.
The suspect has since been bailed while an investigation into a potential offence of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply continues.
