A man and a woman have been charged with murder following a fatal stabbing in Gravesend.
Police were called to a disturbance on Augustine Road around 10:20pm on Tuesday. By the time officers arrived, the people involved had left the scene. A short time later, a man in his 30s was taken to a local hospital with multiple stab wounds. He later died from his injuries.
A man and a woman were arrested early Thursday morning in connection with the death. They have both been remanded in custody and are scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
Detectives are still appealing for witnesses who may have information about the incident. Anyone with private CCTV or dashcam footage from the area is asked to review it for anything relevant.
