Investigators are appealing for dashcam and CCTV footage following a report that a man carried out an indecent act in Roosevelt Avenue Chatham at about 6.00am on Wednesday 22 October 2025. Officers attended the scene and continue to carry out enquiries into the incident.
The man is described as being about 5ft 8in, of stocky build and wearing dark coloured clothing. Residents and anyone who may have been in the area, including in nearby Ironside Close between 5.30am and 6.30am are asked to check for any relevant footage.
