Police executing an early morning warrant burst into a flat near Snodland and found two suspected drug dealers still asleep and surrounded by their supply.
The men, Sam King and Harry Doncaster were woken shortly after 6 am. on June 12, 2025, when officers smashed through the front door of Doncaster’s property in Wouldham. Both were immediately handcuffed in their beds as the full scale of their operation came to light.
Searches of the property yielded nearly £20,000 in criminal cash along with a significant haul of illegal substances, including cocaine, cannabis, and almost 100g of ketamine. Officers also recovered tubs of taurine, a common cutting agent. The investigation extended outside when keys led police to a parked vehicle, where more cash and drugs were found.
King, 27, pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine and cannabis with intent to supply, as well as possessing criminal property. He was sentenced to two years and 10 months in prison on November 3. Doncaster, 28, admitted the same charges but, having a lesser role, received a suspended sentence and 150 hours of unpaid work. The judge ordered the forfeiture of £19,369 in seized money, which will be donated to charity.
Detective Constable Andy Warner said:
‘This case is just one example of how proactive enforcement remains key to disrupting drug supply networks and protecting our communities from harm. After King and Doncaster were abruptly woken by our officers, we discovered a vast amount of evidence consistent with large-scale drug supply—including scales, suspected cutting agents, mixing tubs, vacuum seal bags and significant quantities of cash. Within the car parked outside, we also found concealed compartments believed to have been used to hide drugs and further evidence of an operation linked to high-level street dealing.’
