Three young White Cliffs Country actors will be on the road to Fame this week.

Joshua Mears from Aylesham, Ben Steele from Dover, and Luke Bradshaw from Deal are appearing in the Phoenix Performing Arts (PPA) Company's production of Fame at Canterbury's Gulbenkian Theatre from 9 to 12 September.

Fame, charts the success and struggle of pupils from a mix of backgrounds attending New York’s High School for Performing Arts. It’s the Fame school with the famous motto “…Fame costs, and right here’s where you start paying.”

This sensational dynamic production, brought to you by the multi-talented cast of PPA alongside the coolest live band around, will have you dancing in the aisles determined to ‘live forever!’

The trio have been busy rehearsing every day for the past fortnight in Whitstable and Canterbury to be ready for opening night on Wednesday..

Tickets are available from the Gulbenkian Theatre Box Office on 01227 769075 (open Monday-Saturday, 11am-5pm, or until curtain up on Show nights, and Sunday 2pm-9pm) or book online at www.kent.ac.uk/gulbenkian .
