The ultra-modern training kitchen is state of the art, with students working to exceptionally high standards, cooking for the public in the exclusive 30 seat restaurant that is called “Room 213”.

Alex Silver, Head of Business, Society and Vocational Faculty at the Academy said: “We have invested a lot into this restaurant over the summer to create a working and learning environment that everyone can be proud of. We have had a complete redecoration and have incorporated a bar area, allowing us to offer a full bar service which will let us to incorporate alcohol and Barista style coffee qualifications.

"We are planning to have a live stream from the kitchen, so restaurant customers can see the students in action. I feel that the changes made have already transformed Room 213 into a modern, more professional restaurant to allow our students to further their knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry.”
