Victor Maibvisira, 19, from Gillingham, has been charged with one count of murder and one count of affray. He was arrested by officers on Tuesday 10 October 2017 in Woolwich, London, say police.

Officers launched a murder enquiry after Kent Police was called to East Street, Gillingham, at 8.10pm on Friday 6 October 2017 where 17-year-old Kyle Yule, from Gillingham, was fatally injured.
