The Hythe Imperial Hotel has chosen the Kent, Sussex and Surrey Air Ambulance as its nominated charity for 2017.

“The air ambulance provides an invaluable service to those in need of urgent medical assistance across a wide area of the South East,” said Denise Vas, General Manager of the Hythe Imperial.

“It is funded almost entirely by public donations which is why we have chosen it as our charity this year. We hope our guests will join with us in supporting such a worthy cause.”

The hotel will be selling air ambulance products, will encourage guests to donate via collection boxes, and is planning fund raising events later in the year, including a summer afternoon tea dance.

Julie Clare, Head of Corporate Relations at Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance, said: “We are delighted to be the Hythe Imperial’s chosen charity for 2017 and look forward to forming a new charity partnership with them.”
