Crime: Police want to speak to pair who helped woman assaulted by a man in Canterbury

Officers investigating a reported assault in Canterbury would like to speak to two people who helped the victim.


The incident happened on Military Road, near the roundabout with Tourtel Road, between 11pm and midnight on Sunday 16 April 2017.

A woman in her 20s was reportedly assaulted by a man who was known to her before two other men shouted at him to stop.

She was not seriously injured during the incident and walked home afterwards.
