CCTV released following assault in Aylesham near Dover

Police have released an image of a man who may be able to help with an investigation into an alleged assault in Aylesham, near Dover

 


The assault is reported to have happened at around 4pm on Tuesday 9 May 2017 in Dorman Avenue South.

The victim, a man in his 20s, was walking past some shops when another man reportedly shouted at him then punched him in the face.

The victim fell to the floor where the man grabbed his neck and then stamped on his head.

The victim suffered a concussion and facial bruising.

Following enquiries into the incident, officers have now been able to issue a CCTV image, left, and would ask anyone who recognises the man to contact Kent Police.
