Detectives investigating a reported burglary in Birchington have released a computer-generated image of a man they wish to speak to.

The incident happened at a residential property in Gordon Square between 10.20am and 10.30am on Wednesday 19 April 2017.

It was reported that a man climbed into the back garden before opening a gate to allow an accomplice to join him. They were then seen leaving the property through the front door.

Police were called and it was later established that cash and jewellery had been stolen from the property.

A witness to the incident has helped to compile a computer-generated image, left,  of one of the men, and officers are keen to hear from anyone who may recognise him.
