Intruders threaten man with knife in reported burglary in Ramsgate

Kent Police is appealing for witnesses following a report of an aggravated burglary in Ramsgate.

The incident happened at a property in Royal Road between midnight and 1am on Tuesday 12 June 2018.

It was reported that the victim, a man in his 50s, received minor injuries after intruders forced their way into his living room and threatened him with a knife.

Two men who were wearing dark clothing and balaclavas then ran from the address without taking anything.

Officers are carrying out enquiries and reviewing all CCTV opportunities. In the meantime they would like anyone with information to call the Kent Police appeal line on 01843 222289 quoting ZY/032716/18.
