Kent Police investigate after two men injured in fracas at Church Path, Deal

A disturbance at a property in Deal, which left two men with injuries, is being investigated by Kent Police.

Just after midnight on the morning of Sunday 14 April 2019 officers were called to a residential address in Church Path, Deal.

On arrival a man was found with a facial injury and reported being assaulted by three men who had been at the property but since left. The victim also reported cash and cards stolen.

Officers found a second victim shortly afterwards at a different address in the town.

He had suffered a head wound during the same incident.

Both men, in their 20s, were treated for their injuries at a local hospital.

Enquiries were carried out in the local area and two men, aged 21, who are known to the victims, were arrested at around 3am. They have since been released pending further investigation.
