Appeal launched after four men break into Ashford home in middle of the night and assault man

Kent Police is appealing for information after four men reportedly broke into a home and assaulted a man in Ashford.



The men, who spoke with local accents and covered their faces, entered through the front door at the address in Hythe Road on Monday 15 May 2017 between 1.45am and 2.45am.

The 27-year-old victim was alone in the property at the time and suffered a stab wound to his arm and a cut to his nose.

His alleged attackers are said to have left the scene in the direction of the town. The victim was treated at a local hospital. He has since been discharged.

Officers investigating the incident are keen to speak to anyone with information about the attack or the identity of the offenders.
