A Dover mum says a scheme to help new businesses get started before setting up shop in the high street is “what the town needs”.

The Port of Dover will be able to extract aggregate from the Goodwin Sands after the Marine Management Organisation (MMO)  issued the marine licence necessary for it to obtain the reclamation material that it needs to complete the final reclamation stage for the Dover Western Docks Revival (DWDR) development.
