Between 5.50 pm and 6.10 pm on the 27th June, a young lady aged between 18 and 23, 5'8'' tall with a slim build and very long dark brown hair, wearing black trousers, black top and a pink cap with a badge on the right side saying "Childrens Society",knocked on the door of an elderly lady who lives in sheltered housing claiming to be collecting for charity….more
