Lucas Dobson formally identified

The body of a young boy recovered from the River Stour, near Sandwich on Wednesday 21 August 2019 has been formally identified as six-year-old Lucas Dobson.

Kent Police has reported that a body has been found during the search for a child who fell into the River Stour at Sandwich.

A candlelit vigil was held on Folkestone sands on Monday evening for missing 6-year-old, Lucas Dobson who fell into the River Stour near Sandwich on Saturday.

A group of teenagers have been charged with violent disorder and grievous bodily harm with intent after a serious assault in Ramsgate. One boy has also been charged with attempted murder.
