At the Annual Town Council Meeting on May 21, the Town Mayor of Folkestone, Jackie Meade pledged to write to Folkestone and Hythe District Council as to their intentions regarding moving or retaining the water fountain on the East Cliff.

Ashford man jailed for 9 years over attempted stabbing of police officer with 11 inch knife
