Anglo-Saxon Candlemas concert enthrals congregation at Folkestone Parish Church

An enthralling concert organised by the Finding Eanswythe project was enjoyed by more than 120 people on Saturday evening at St Mary & St Eanswythe Parish Church at The Bayle, Folkestone.



Official figures show 55% drop in rough sleepers in Canterbury

Official rough sleeper figures released by the government last week show the numbers have reduced by 55 per cent in the Canterbury district. This compares with a reduction of just two per cent across England, in the last year.
