I can reveal, the work to begin the long awaited repairs on the water damaged roof, and mostly upper internal floors of Folkestone Library in Grace Hill, is finally due to start on Monday 19 August.

It's suspected the fire which threatened to engulf Folkestone's former Royal Victoria Hospital buildings on Monday evening was started deliberately.
