Officers are appealing for information following an incident in Chart Road, Ashford at around 9pm on Friday, 12 February 2021.
A Volkswagen Golf was involved in a collision with a silver Mercedes C-Class which reportedly failed to stop at the scene.

Police are keen to hear from anyone who may have information about the incident, including two witnesses who spoke to police shortly after the collision, however they left before officers were able to take their details. Investigators would also like anyone who may have dashcam footage to come forward.
A man was arrested in connection with the incident and has been released under investigation.
