The 2021 season will see the Red Arrows led by a new Team Leader, Squadron Leader Tom Bould back performing in the skies in above Folkestone and across the UK.

The world famous Red Arrows air display team is due to perform its breath-taking programme above Folkestone seafront on the afternoon of Sunday 8 August 2021.

The best views likely to be in the area of The Leas.

Event planning is under way and there will be more information about parking, possible road closures and advice for residents and businesses available shortly.

This summer people across the UK will be able to enjoy shows featuring the Red Arrows for the first time in almost two years after the team was given display approval earlier in the year.

It means the team is now able to perform at events in the UK for the first time since July 2019 – with air shows returning to this summer’s calendar, after the pandemic forced event organisers to cancel dates last year.
