Information is sought by officers investigating multiple reports of indecent exposure in Maidstone.

Police want to identify witnesses in connection with several incidents, where a man is alleged to have carried out offences from within a car.

These are reported to have taken place between 28 October and 3 November 2021, in locations around Bower Place, King Street and Ashford Road.

A suspect, aged 22 and from Maidstone, was arrested on 3 November and later released pending further investigation.

Inspector Chris Mayers said: ‘The circumstances are similar in all the offences which have so far been reported to us, and which concern a man driving in and around the Maidstone area who has allegedly been exposing himself to members of the public.‘We are urging anyone who may have seen anything suspicious but who has yet to contact police to please do so. You may have important information which can assist the investigation.’
