A drug dealer from Paddock Wood has pleaded guilty at court to supplying Class A drugs.
Marcus Brookfield was arrested following an investigation by the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate into the supply of large quantities of cocaine and cannabis across the county
On Tuesday 30 November 2021, detectives executed a search warrant at Brookfield’s home address in Paddock Wood and he was taken into custody.
Charged
The 47-year-old was later charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine and being concerned in the supply of cannabis, between 1 April 2020 and 12 June 2020.
On Wednesday 1 December, Brookfield pleaded guilty to the charges before Medway Magistrates’ Court.
He was remanded in custody and will appear at a hearing to be sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court on a date to be confirmed.
