An investigation into a bank robbery in Dartford has resulted in a man being charged.
Knife
Kent Police was called to the bank in the High Street on Friday 4 February 2022 following a report that a man had entered the premises at 3pm where he used a knife to threaten a member of staff.
The suspect is reported to have stolen a quantity of cash from a till before leaving.
CCTV
Following the reports officers carried out several enquiries, including a review of CCTV and a man was arrested on Sunday 6 February 2022.
The 43-year-old, of Otterden Street, London, has since been charged with robbery and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
Mr Sinclair appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday 7 February where he was remanded to appear before Maidstone Crown Court on Monday 7 March.
